The Tagore Family

The Tagores became synonymous with the Bengal Renaissance, producing influential poets, artists, musicians, educators and reformers whose work reshaped Indian literature and culture. Rabindranath Tagore was the first non-European to win the Nobel Prize in Literature (1913).
